golf course in the Carolinas, and we’re still trying to figure out what
the developer is trying to accomplish. They tout “no benches, no signage, no roads and no
rough.” What? This tract borders protected conservation areas and
has 160 acres of wetlands and winding wooden cart bridges. Doesn’t
that sound appealing? It’s probably a good thing its private.
