MBGA RATING -

This old tract is a
traditional Carolina Coast style layout. It features flat, wide-open
fairways, tall pines, a few oaks, large bunkers, lakes, ponds, pampas
grass and large relatively flat greens. Their signature hole is the
200-yard, par 3, No. 13, which has water along the entire left side and
five big bunkers around the back of the green. Always a friendly place,
they have improved conditions and are trying harder. This is one of the
best tracts in town for novices and budget conscious. |
