Panther's Run Golf Links MBGA RATING - ««« This tract was the second of the three courses here. This course winds it’s way along the edge of a scenic nature preserve and features a variety of elevations, wide undulating fairways, big greens and a lot of water in-play (brooks, lakes and waterfalls). While the front nine is wild and tree-covered, the back nine is more wide open. No. 18, a 425-yard par 4, is the most memorable hole. Lately, the shitty attitude that permeates the Ocean Ridge corporate office, has apparently been poisoning the attitudes of the Big Cats’ staff, because as one golfer said, “What a bunch of jerks! We’ve been playing there for 4-years, and won’t go back because of the shabby treatment.” The Myrtle Beach rumor mill says that Ocean Ridge is in financial trouble, and is looking for a deep-pocketed sugar daddy.
