This was a very good golf course until the Lizzie Borden of Myrtle Beach golf got her clutches on it. Known in some circles as the Curse of Calabash, this broad decided to close the course down to “fix it up.” Well she certainly fixed it all right. Its two years later and its still closed, and overgrown. It just goes to prove that money and brains are not synonymous.
