Members Club - MBGA RATING - This course, along with her sister courses the Founders Club (formerly the Gauntlet), Players Club and the new Reserve Club, is located almost an hour north of Myrtle Beach at St. James Plantation in the fishing village of Southport, North Carolina. The essence of this tract is its 200-acres of natural terrain, uncommon elevation changes, wide fairways, large greens and challenges of water and sand amid the Carolina pines.

Note: St. James Plantation is located in Southport, NC and has four good golf courses – including this one - but it really is a pain to get to unless you are staying north of, or close to, the North Carolina/South Carolina Stateline.
