Marsh Harbour Golf Links - Course Closed

Sadly, the Lizzie Borden of Myrtle Beach golf has struck again, with the premature closing of the venerable Marsh Harbour Golf Links. Known in some circles as the Curse of Calabash, this is the same broad who screwed-up the now closed Ocean Harbour Golf Links. This time she has sown her seeds of destruction on Marsh Harbour. This 23-year old tract, with its a rare combination of elevated forestland skirted by low-lying salt marshes along the scenic Intracoastal Waterway, was ranked as one of the "25 Best Public Courses in America" by Golf Digest, and its famed 17th hole has been called "the most beautiful and exciting golf hole on the Grand Strand," is now closed. To Lizzie we say, if your IQ ever gets to 50…sell!
