Eastport Golf Club - MBGA RATING - Course in Bankruptcy! The questionable character that owns this course  (also the owner of International World Tour) has put this course into bankruptcy in order (in our opinion) to screw the Eastport homeowners, so that the greedy clown can develop it despite the Homeowner covenants preventing it. This little course, while blessed with naturally undulating terrain along the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and featuring narrow Bermuda fairways and large bent grass contoured greens, needs a $1.5 million dollar facelift, While most of the course is wide open, there are also a couple of tree-lined fairways and doglegs, with the last three holes offering the best challenges. It’s a short course that has never been all that great, and with two greens and two tee boxes squeezed right up against busy and noisy Highway 17, and the bunkers still needing work. Needless to say, we’d just say adios, and tee it up somewhere else.

Warning: Anyone considering buying real estate at International World Tour needs to think twice about getting into bed with a such a sleazy character. Again, just our opinion.
