Cypress Bay Golf Club - MBGA RATING - « There’s been a lot of confusion surrounding this course. There is a sales contract on it and it has been rezoned for development. It was originally supposed to close the end of May 2006, now they say "sometime soon.” Who cares? The dog is closing, and whenever it does it won’t be missed. This tired track is a basic resort style course. It has an ample supply of water and sand with wide fairways and large greens. The average length holes are mostly doglegs. This is a one-trick pony, and that’s their picturesque No. 8 with a large lake stretching from tee to green. As our cousin Guido says, “Fa get about it!”
