



This tract was the second of the four courses at Ocean Ridge Plantation. This course winds its way along the edge of a scenic nature preserve and features a variety of elevations, wide undulating fairways, big greens and a lot of water in-play (brooks, lakes and waterfalls). While the front nine is wild and tree-covered, the back nine is more wide open. No. 18, a 425-yard par 4, is the most memorable hole. They redid their greens with Mini Verde Ultra Dwarf Bermuda greens, which have elevated golfer opinions of this course. There has been a long running rumor that Ocean Ridge has been having financial issues, which probably accounts for the all too frequent surly attitudes of some staffers there. They also have one of the worst golf course websites anywhere.
