This, one of the newer (if you can consider 2001 “new”) and most consistent Myrtle Beach area courses, is a nice “links” style course with many holes surrounded by thick, waist-high marsh grasses. Water comes into play on several holes as it runs along the left side of several fairways. It features wide fairways, Bermuda greens, and plays back and forth from South Carolina to North Carolina. Their “gimmick,” is their 767-yard par-6 18th, but that gimmick is a lot of fun for most golfers. The real problem here is finding it, as it’s really off the beaten track. So be sure and allow an extra 20 to 30-minutes to find it.
