This is the second of the original two courses at Burning Ridge. Originally, before the closing of the West course, this was the East course. This track is partial to sand bunkers with less water than was her sister course. It features generous landing areas off the tee and elevated greens, which are well protected by green-side bunkers. While the management at Burning Ridge should be commended for working hard trying to bring their courses back after the previous management group fell on hard times, they have never quite made it to the point of being, at best, above average.
